Job summary

Securiport LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with an active CPA license to support financial reporting, internal controls, global reconciliations, and payment operations. The role will prepare quarterly summaries and variance reports, reconcile monthly expenses and revenue, and execute domestic and international payments including wire transfers and foreign currency transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Experience preparing quarterly financial summaries and variance analyses.
• Experience processing payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency transactions.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with domestic and international teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly financial summaries and variance analysis reports, explaining key differences.
• Reconcile monthly expenses across international operations with proper coding and documentation.
• Reconcile revenue and expense accounts to the general ledger and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and execute approved payments, including wire transfers.
• Coordinate domestic and international wire transfers and foreign currency payments.
• Prepare journal entries and close processes for month-end and quarter-end.
• Maintain records of reconciliations, payments, and transfers in compliance with controls.
• Support internal stakeholders and external auditors with requested documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, reconciliation processes, and payments.
