Qualified Recruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Accountant with strong corporate and technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. The role focuses on managing complex accounting activities, researching GAAP and regulatory guidance, supporting disclosures, and maintaining internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have banking or financial services exposure, and CPA certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Strong corporate and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with GL, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Ability to independently research and interpret accounting guidance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and close cycles.
• Research and apply GAAP, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support investment, derivative, and deposit accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, disclosures, and audit documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Support accounting policy development and public company readiness.
• Collaborate with management, auditors, and accounting teams to meet deadlines.
