PSC Biotech® Corporation in York, PA, seeks a Global COO for Professional Services & Software to set and execute the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for the business. You will own governance, client partnerships, P&L, and regulatory-compliant execution across multiple regions.

This hybrid, travel-heavy role requires 12–15 years leading global service organizations in regulated settings, with a proven ability to build leadership teams, drive growth, and manage contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; Master’s strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management.
• Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software.
• Oversee governance structures, KPIs, and performance management across regions.
• Identify and mentor executive sponsors for key client engagements; build long-term client relationships.
• Manage CEO-level communications and major program issues; lead executive escalations.
• Provide guidance on contract negotiations and ensure strategic scope, viability, and delivery feasibility.
• Provide executive oversight of global programs, projects, and service portfolios; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own P&L for Global Professional Services Operations; oversee forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Define market positioning and roadmap for Professional Services and Software offerings; pursue growth opportunities.
• Guide Regional Managing Directors and support regional revenue, delivery, and people objectives.
