Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Global COO for Professional Services and Software to define and execute the worldwide vision, strategy, and delivery model across markets. This executive will set governance standards, shape the service portfolio, and drive scalable outcomes in regulated environments.

You will lead governance, P&L ownership, financial performance, and talent development while building strong client partnerships, protecting reputation, and steering growth across regions, with onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management.
• Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
• Candidates must be able to travel frequently and support onsite engagements as needed, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software.
• Ensure services are aligned with client objectives, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices; deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
• Provide executive leadership over governance, service delivery, financial performance, talent development, and market positioning.
• Own global program and portfolio execution, P&L performance, and strategic growth of Professional Services and Software offerings; ensure client partnerships and regulatory compliance.
• Lead travel globally to govern and lead initiatives; work onsite in York, PA as needed.
