Job summary

The role requires CPA and extensive US GAAP/SEC expertise, with oversight of equity plans and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in multinational pharma/biotech or related sectors, strong control environments, and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 4+ years in a controllership role.
• Extensive US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, and internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations and consolidate financial data.
• Oversee quarterly/annual financial reporting (10-Q/10-K) and disclosures.
• Manage SOX compliance, internal controls, and risk mitigation.
• Head finance IT/system upgrades and process improvements.
• Administer equity-based compensation programs globally.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Tax, and external advisors.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional projects.
