Job summary

Alto Neuroscience seeks a Sr. Manager/Director of Contracts and Procurement to lead global vendor contracting and management across research, clinical operations and commercial activities.

You will own procurement strategy, policy, and negotiation of complex supplier agreements. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement leadership in biotech, pharma or life sciences.
• Strong legal drafting experience with MSAs, CDAs, CRO/CDMO agreements.
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA/EMA, HIPAA, GDPR requirements.
• Experience building procurement policies and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement strategy and vendor contracting across research, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex supplier agreements and fallbacks.
• Build supplier relationships, scorecards and risk mitigation plans.
• Own PO process, budgets and month-end close in collaboration with Finance.
