Job summary

Esri is seeking a contracts negotiator to review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, and procurement agreements, and to support the sales process. You will collaborate with business teams to ensure contract terms align with Esri’s objectives and drive risk controls.

Relocation assistance is available to move to Redlands, CA, and base salary ranges from $70,304 to $106,080, with US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, well organized, analytical, quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Apttus/Conga or Salesforce.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in business, contracts administration, legal studies, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, and procurement agreements.
• Review, draft and negotiate statements of work.
• Provide quality, customer-focused support to internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Esri business teams to align terms with objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Streamline negotiations and educate stakeholders.
• Maintain high ethical standards and comply with policy.
