You will manage relationships and facilitate processes from RFP through contract signature, targeting $500M–$1B in annual revenue. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in contract management, negotiation, and development, with a background in heavy industry and familiarity with legal and commercial risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law-related degrees/certs highly desired.
• 5–10 years of contract management, negotiation and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional negotiations and contract development for strategic/global mining contracts.
• Build internal and external relationships to support $500M–$1B in annual contractual revenue.
• Review and balance contract terms to balance risk and reward for Komatsu.
