Qualifications

• BS in Engineering as a prerequisite.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication and packaging processes.
• Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistics.
• Ability to interface with people at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and performance management of global contract manufacturing partners.
• Scale production at new sites while optimizing existing partner operations.
• Manage supplier performance via KPIs, scorecards, and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with internal teams.
• Oversee product transfers, site qualifications, and qualification processes.
• Coordinate with planning and procurement to align demand and factory capabilities.
• Own supplier quality and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Communicate performance, risks, and status to leadership.
• Travel to global manufacturing sites as needed.
