Qualifications

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in logistics or related industries.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly valued.
• Strong ability to map processes, analyze data, and identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and governance of continuous improvement initiatives worldwide.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching in CI practices.
• Facilitate adoption of standardized tools and best practices for scalable improvements.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to monitor progress and report outcomes to leadership.
• Foster a collaborative environment with multicultural teams and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Drive change management across multiple geographic locations to sustain improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process improvement.
