Job summary

Warner Music Group seeks a proactive Content Protection professional to monitor and safeguard IP across platforms. You’ll identify unauthorized use of music content on streaming services, social media, and the wider internet, and you will help enforce takedown protocols under copyright law.

As part of the Global Content Security group, you’ll develop monitoring tools, liaise with labels and departments, and help shape data collection standards to protect artists and releases.

• Experience protecting content and enforcing digital rights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect all forms of WMG’s intellectual property across platforms.
• Identify unauthorized uses of content on streaming services and social media.
• Complete takedown protocols per US Copyright laws.
• Develop and build technical monitoring tools and detection systems.
• Collaborate with labels, affiliates, and corporate departments to manage releases and protection guidelines.
