Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Global Content Communications Senior Specialist in San Mateo, CA, to shape and manage content for third‑party titles across PlayStation blogs, social channels, and video formats. You’ll work with internal teams and external publishers to elevate partners and engage gamers worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in social media and content creation, deep industry knowledge, and strong storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation or related field.
• Strong editorial and creative instincts with ability to identify engaging game stories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming games, publisher plans, industry trends, and player interests to identify content opportunities.
• Proactively develop and pitch ideas for PlayStation Blog, social channels, video, and other Sony channels.
• Shape content plans around third‑party campaigns for global resonance.
• Pitch and develop content opportunities including game reveals, interviews, hands‑on coverage, and original social content.
• Develop scalable processes to organize upcoming third‑party campaigns and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create opportunities aligned with PlayStation priorities (Plus/Store).
• Work with international social teams to extend campaigns across markets.
• Share performance insights with publishers to demonstrate value of content partnerships.
