Job summary

Tubi is seeking an experienced content leader to guide editorial merchandising for Canada, Latin America, the UK, and Australia. You will blend creative curation with data analysis and cross-functional execution to surface the right content for the right audiences.

Responsibilities include translating performance data into merchandising decisions, leading long-term editorial planning, and coordinating with Programming, Product, Sales, and Marketing. Fluency in English; Spanish a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles
• Fluency in English required; Spanish a bonus
• Ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy
• Comfort with CMS tools and large-scale content systems
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides)
• Knowledge of regional media trends across international markets
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong communication
• Passionate fan of TV and film across genres and decades

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and editorial strategy for four international markets
• Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable curation decisions
• Lead long-term planning cycles for international editorial priorities
• Create data-backed category curations reflecting regional trends
• Support acquisition strategy by surfacing opportunities from avails lists
• Manage ad hoc content projects across teams and test merch initiatives
• Apply project management to editorial execution across time zones
