Job summary

Sealaska seeks a Federal Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee QA/QC, Health & Safety, and project responsibilities at site or country level, ensuring construction aligns with plans across domestic and international locations.

The role emphasizes strategic management, budget and schedule control, and active collaboration with clients and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with corporate procedures. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction management or suitable engineering degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ experience managing construction or environmental government/commercial projects either domestically or internationally; OR 15 years of equivalent experience.
• US Army Corps of Engineers Projects (Federal/Military), NAVFAC (Navy/Military) Project Experience.
• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scope is completed per approved plans and documentation; maintain schedule and budget; ensure quality.
• Oversee QA/QC or Health and Safety activities.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Interface with technical/support personnel to meet objectives.
• Support work plans, health and safety plans, sampling and analysis plans, schedules, estimates, and other planning documents.
• Assist in developing client base and proposals for new work.
• Monitor execution for compliance with corporate procedures and guidelines.
