Job summary

Exp Federal is seeking a Project Engineer at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND, to support Project Managers on construction and mission‑critical programs globally. You will coordinate Production, Quality Control, Safety, and international staff, monitor subcontractors, and prepare bids and reports.

The role requires an engineering, architecture, or Construction Management degree and 7+ years of on‑site experience; DoD experience is a plus. Salary range is $83,000 to $104,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering, architecture or equivalent Construction Management degree required.
• 7+ years of experience on construction or construction management projects, including on‑site; international DoD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers coordinating Production, Quality Control, Health and Safety, and international staff
• Monitor subcontractor performance
• Generate internal and external project reports
• Assist with preparing bids and proposals and providing subject matter material
• Review project schedules and support development and updating of schedules
• Input data into the USACE RMS and review invoices
• Write and review Safety, Quality Control and Work Plans
• Review design submittals and provide comments on Design-Build projects
• Perform site visits to verify quality and execution
• Communicate with U.S. DoD personnel and multicultural staff and subcontractors
