Job summary

Atari is seeking a Consolidation Manager & Technical Accountant to lead the Group’s IFRS consolidation processes across multiple entities, including the UK, US and Sweden. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the consolidation timetable, review contracts and significant transactions, prepare the consolidated financial statements and coordinate the external audit.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting professional (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• Experience leading group consolidations under IFRS.
• Strong technical accounting, ability to review contracts and complex transactions.
• Experience managing external audits.
• Experience with publicly traded companies or strict financial reporting controls.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS differences.
• Practical, solutions‑oriented approach to fix and implement issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS consolidation for the Group.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Own consolidation timetable and coordinate inputs across entities.
• Perform technical accounting analyses on significant transactions.
• Prepare accounting position papers documenting facts and actions.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process.
• Support acquisitions with opening balance sheet reviews.
• Maintain Group accounting policies across IFRS/US GAAP.
• Identify weaknesses and implement improvements.
• Build repeatable processes, controls and documentation.
• Act as technical accounting partner to Finance, Legal, leaders across the Group.
