Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager – Consolidations to lead the global financial consolidation process for a multinational, publicly traded company.

You will ensure accurate US GAAP-based consolidated statements and support statutory, regulatory, and government reporting across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with regional finance, tax, treasury, legal, and external auditors to reflect ownership structures, foreign operations, and intercompany activities in reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within accounting/finance.
• 5+ years in consolidation processes.
• 5+ years of experience with U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting software (Hyperion, HFM, Workiva, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes for all entities.
• Ensure proper elimination of intercompany accounts in consolidated statements.
• Manage the financial close process for timely and accurate reporting.
• Review financial results for accuracy and completeness; coordinate data with regional teams.
• Oversee consolidation system integrity (COA, entity hierarchies, reporting structures).
• Oversee foreign currency translation and remeasurement for global subsidiaries (ASC 830).
• Provide consolidated data for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures.
• Maintain ICFR and work with auditors to address findings.
• Lead continuous process improvements in consolidations and reporting.
