Job summary
Krispy Kreme, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager, Global Consolidations to lead monthly, quarterly and annual global close across multiple ERP platforms. You will ensure data integrity in Oracle and OneStream and partner with regional accounting teams, FP&A, and IT to support timely, accurate global reporting.
The ideal candidate has a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of consolidation in a multinational, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and intercompany
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant consolidation in a multinational.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream and Oracle.
- Experience with multiple ERP systems and complex legal entity structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner with accounting, finance, and IT teams.
- Public company experience (preferred).
- Experience with system implementations, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process.
- Review and analyze consolidated results, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data flowing from global ERP systems into Oracle and OneStream.
- Serve as the primary accounting contact for OneStream administration, system enhancements, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot data, integration, and reporting issues.
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, legal entity changes, and other restructurings impacting the consolidation process.
- Coordinate with international finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support SEC reporting and external audit requests related to consolidations. Assist with the development and maintenance of consolidation-related controls and procedures.
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives related to close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
