Job summary

HARMAN is seeking a SBU Connectivity Product Management Lead to own portfolio-level product management, roadmaps, and lifecycle value across telematics and connectivity offerings. You will drive a product-first operating model and partner with global teams to deliver scalable platforms and reusable releases.

You will lead a globally distributed team of product managers, translate market signals into priorities, and shape opportunities with a strong focus on ROI, pricing, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in automotive, connectivity or related industries with leadership.
• 10+ years leading globally distributed teams and complex matrix organizations.
• Ownership of multi-product roadmaps, business cases and GTM execution.
• Strong business and financial acumen balancing revenue, margin and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Own Portfolio Product Management across Connectivity, with 3–5 year roadmaps.
• Lead GTM and regional Product Management translating signals into priorities.
• Own product business cases and value realization in partnership with Finance.
• Track adoption, pipeline fit, and ROI; drive portfolio ownership across regions.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering and Global Delivery for scalable platforms.
• Establish standard frameworks for MRD/PRD, roadmaps and launches.
