Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director, Global Compliance Policy and Program to lead the development and continuous improvement of our global compliance policies and programs. This role can be onsite or hybrid at our Irvine, California headquarters and requires extensive experience in anti‑corruption, policy governance, and regulatory adherence across regions.

The role will guide governance routines, third‑party management, and program optimization while aligning with DOJ expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or JD preferred.
• US healthcare compliance experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain global compliance policies and processes.
• Provide governance for global compliance programs and third‑party management.
• Lead the global policy ecosystem with cross‑functional partnerships.
• Advise leadership on compliance implications for growth, M&A, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Track KPI s and drive improvements in global compliance effectiveness.
• Oversee compliance training curriculum and communications.
