Job summary

HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking an International Compliance Team Lead to coordinate quality, calibration, and compliance across HYTORC offices and service centers worldwide. You will be the primary liaison between corporate Compliance and international locations, promoting consistent application of ISO/IEC 17025, calibration processes, and technician competency, while supporting ISO 9001 requirements.

The role requires travel up to 50% and the ability to work across cultures and time zones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five+ years in quality systems, compliance, calibration, certification, or related operations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 preferred.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple facilities and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead international compliance activities across HYTORC offices and calibration centers.
• Coordinate ISO 17025 and calibration compliance and support ISO 9001.
• Develop and maintain audit calendars, findings, and corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership.
