HYTORC is seeking an Engineering Configuration & Compliance Manager to lead configuration management, document control, and product regulatory compliance across the organization. You will ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and support a multidisciplinary design team throughout the product lifecycle.

You will establish standards for PLM/PDM systems, manage change control and BOM governance, supervise a team of 3–6 engineers, and serve as the primary interface for audits and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience in configuration management and document control in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO 9001–compliant engineering environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead configuration management processes including change control and BOM governance.
• Establish standards and workflows for engineering document control (PLM/PDM).
• Ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness of engineering data.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Serve as primary engineering interface for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and data governance.
• Support document development through structured configuration practices.
• Manage and develop the configuration management team.
