Rocket Lab, headquartered in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to lead corporate functions and M&A compensation strategy. You will design and administer executive and broad-based pay, collaborate with leaders, and drive data-driven decisions to attract and retain top talent.

You’ll partner with IT and HR to optimize processes, implement AI tools, and develop a comprehensive total rewards roadmap while ensuring compliance and executive alignment with board expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Experience leading internal and external market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner to the People & Culture team and leadership for hiring decisions, promotions, and annual compensation programs.
• Manage the global compensation architecture including the design and creation of new jobs and salary structures.
• Conduct research, quantitative analysis, data modeling, data mining, and present data to drive strategic decisions around people.
