Job summary

Zinnia is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to design, administer, and continuously improve our global compensation programs across the United States, India, and Canada. The role centers on maintaining our job architecture in Kamsa, ensuring data accuracy, and leading annual and off-cycle compensation processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years of progressive compensation experience including analysis and administration.
Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple countries/geographies.
Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and job architecture.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration of global compensation programs across multiple geographies, including the U.S. and India.
Own and maintain the organization’s job architecture within Kamsa, including job families, sub-families, career levels, job profiles, titles, and compensation ranges.
Manage monthly refresh and validation of employee, job, and compensation data in Kamsa, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Maintain appropriate job mappings and market benchmarks across geographies and labor markets.
Lead and manage two annual compensation cycles, including planning, eligibility, budgets, system administration, communications, audits, and reporting.
Conduct market analyses and internal equity reviews to support compensation recommendations.
Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with company philosophy.
Develop compensation descriptions, training materials, and resources for HR and managers.
Support or administer sales commission and incentive programs as needed.
Monitor global compensation trends and regulatory developments to enhance programs.
