Responsibilities

• Maintain community health by tracking emerging issues, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to enhance user satisfaction.
• Research and understand the community demographics and communication style, tailoring moderation approaches to support the brand’s voice and target audience.
• Collaborate with record administrators and teammates to develop best practices and improve community operations.
