SpotDraft is seeking a Community Manager to scale its community globally, turning engaged users into activation, retention, and revenue. You will partner with the CMO and leadership to design programs that attract heavy users in legal and ops teams across North America and beyond.

Formación

• 4+ years in Community, Growth, events or Customer Marketing roles within B2B SaaS.
• Experience building communities for professional audiences, ideally in-house legal or legal ops.
• Commercial measurement: KPIs tied to activation, retention, expansion and pipeline.
• Event instincts: design roundtables, dinners, and flagship moments for senior in-house lawyers.
• Bias for action with strong project management and execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, CS and Brand.
• AI literacy with tools like Claude or ChatGPT to run programs at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute SpotDraft's global community strategy, with NA focus and scalable blueprint.
• Identify influencers, champions and power users; turn them into references, speakers, and feedback loops.
• Launch and run virtual programs, GC/legal ops roundtables, city meetups, and industry-event presence.
• Build tools, platforms and processes to scale community programs across regions.
• Develop metrics linking activity to activation, retention, expansion and revenue and report to leadership.
