• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience including supporting digital communications.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience in Canva and Adobe Analytics required.

• Supports day-to-day communications for global employee and dealer audiences.
• Contributes to channel management, planning, writing, editing and publishing.
• Assists with quarterly updates, PowerPoint and Canva presentations.
• Provides basic communication counsel and edits for grammar and brand voice.
• Collects data and creates reports on channel performance.
• Researches and audits communication channels; supports improvements.
• Back-up support for dealer webinar production as needed.
• Provides admin support to the communications team as needed.
• Supports other communications projects and initiatives.
