Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or strategic sourcing within manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies across regions.
• Proven supplier negotiation, cost-reduction, and performance-improvement experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Lean manufacturing and structured problem solving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global commodity strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier capability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing execution and supplier performance improvements.
• Lead strategic sourcing from opportunity identification through award and implementation.
• Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier economics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Negotiates and manages commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term sourcing commitments.
• Lead supply risk mitigation, dual sourcing, and continuity planning.
• Mentor teams, manage dashboards and scorecards, and drive measurable results.
