Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or strategic sourcing within manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies across regions.
• Proven supplier negotiation, cost-reduction, and performance-improvement experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Lean manufacturing and structured problem solving preferred.

This role is accountable for cost productivity, supplier performance, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation across a global supply base.
