Position Summary

Huber Engineered Materials is hiring a CRM Systems Administrator within the IT organization. This role focuses on Salesforce administration, supporting users, improving Salesforce processes, and maintaining current systems.

The role collaborates with sales, marketing, R&D, innovation, customer service, and support functions to ensure effective customer-facing processes in Salesforce. It also involves interaction with employees, management, and internal/external IT teams.

Scope of Role
  1. Salesforce Administration & Development
    • Manage and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud according to best practices and business needs.
    • Support users, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.
    • Create and improve reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
    • Maintain platform settings, stay updated with Salesforce releases, and manage third-party solutions.
  2. Project Collaboration
    • Assist in planning, executing, testing, deploying, and training for projects.
    • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on Salesforce tasks.
    • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
  3. Integration/IT Infrastructure
    • Troubleshoot integration issues with systems like Oracle, Azure, Power BI, Pardot, and Tap Clicks.
    • Coordinate with IT networks/infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and support, including authentication and ticketing systems.
    • Collaborate on Salesforce rollouts and integrations following acquisitions or disintegrations.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or MIS/IT.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience; Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a global audience.
  • Experience in team collaboration, training, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a platform-agnostic mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience with change management and development methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
Challenges
  • Understanding how multiple business units operate and use various systems like Salesforce, PriceFX, Pardot, and Enablon.
  • Managing major projects alongside daily operations.
