argenx SE is seeking a Commercial Asset Lead for FB102 to drive lifecycle management, product strategy, and regional readiness across markets. You will lead a global Asset Team and collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and BD to maximize value.
The role requires strategic vision, experience launching therapies, and strong leadership to align clinical, manufacturing, and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, biological sciences or medicine; 15 years of marketing/commercial pharma experience valued.
- Experience managing external agency partners and cross-functional programs.
- Understanding of legal/regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
Responsibilities
- Act as Commercial Asset Lead for FB102; provide strategic leadership to Asset Team for lifecycle management and product strategy.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical Science, Regulatory, BD, and Communications to execute pre-launch plans globally.
- Ensure regional launch readiness and execution of global pre-launch activities.
- Serve as primary contact with regional General Managers to address market needs and insights.
