Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a licensed Ohio attorney to support commercial contracting and transactional matters across the Americas region. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements and partner with Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Strategy, Marketing, and Procurement teams.

The role involves negotiating complex contracts, managing disputes with external partners, and contributing to due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active Ohio license to practice law.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transactional law, with at least 2 years in a law firm, corporate legal dept, or government agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements.
• Advise cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Strategy, Marketing, and Procurement.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Identify legal risks and mitigation strategies and coordinate with supervising counsel.
