CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial to lead international transactions focusing on EMEA and APAC. You will structure and close complex deals for Omni while supporting broader tech contracting across cloud, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.

You will partner with legal, commercial, and product teams to scale repeatable deal execution. You will provide strategic counsel to business leaders, draft critical agreements, and shape operating models for new markets, all while

Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of experience in law firms or fast-paced tech companies.
• Extensive commercial and technology contracting experience: Cloud, AI, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.
• Experience with cross-border deal structures and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of term sheets and definitive agreements across active EMEA and APAC transactions.
• Manage workflow and escalation of deviations, novel structures, or jurisdictional risks.
• Draft, negotiate, and close MSAs, order forms, partnerships, and vendor agreements for Omni and related services.
• Advise business leaders on transaction structures and operating models; develop scalable templates and playbooks.
