Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies for collagen, aligned with Rousselot's objectives.
• Develop pricing strategies and provide pricing guidance for profitability.
• Formulate and execute growth strategies for collagen product line; expand markets and acquire customers.
• Lead marketing promotions including digital campaigns and content creation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the collagen category.
• Provide product management oversight from development to market launch.
• Collaborate with regional teams to launch new collagen products.
• Monitor and report category performance; recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders; manage events.
• Oversee lead management and cross-functional team leadership (R&D, marketing, sales, supply chain).
