Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years in marketing, product management, pricing, sales, business management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience leading people or leading a complex cross-functional team.
• Experience working across regions and balancing near-term results with longer-term goals.
• Knowledge of the EMN Oxo value stream or coatings markets is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Automotive and Decorative Coatings segments and set market direction.
• Own the market plan, translate it into clear plans, and drive results across regions, customers, applications, and products.
• Work with Sales, Product Management, Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
• Coach and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
