Job summary

GibbsCAM, part of Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions, seeks a visionary leader to drive the next generation of CNC post development. This global role reports to GibbsCAM's President and allows flexible location with up to 30% international travel to support initiatives and collaboration worldwide.

You will define the vision for post development, set technical standards, and guide teams working on multi-axis, mill-turn, Swiss-type, and complex machine kinematics to deliver scalable, customer-focused

Qualifications

Proven leadership of technical or engineering teams in a global environment.
Deep CNC machining, programming, G-code expertise.
Experience with AI-enabled development and automation.
Ability to influence across functions and geographies.
Track record of delivering scalable, high-quality post solutions.

Responsibilities

Define the global vision for CNC post development and set standards for validation and support.
Lead cross-functional teams across regions to deliver innovative solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and leadership to translate market needs into capabilities.
Drive KPIs and continuous improvement to optimize service delivery and customer value.
