Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Security to lead global strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS. You will own policy framework, architecture, and governance to secure IaaS/PaaS, containers, and cloud-native apps while enabling transformation.

You will build a high-performing global team, partner with the CISO and leaders, and drive automation, risk metrics, and regulatory compliance including HIPAA/GDPR where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in the same areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cloud security strategy aligned to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Establish cloud security reference architectures, guardrails, and design patterns.
• Lead cloud security governance across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS providers.
• Own cloud security policy framework and control standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Oversee cloud logging, telemetry, and SIEM/SOAR integration.
• Partner with SOC, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to manage vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
