Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Security to lead global strategy, architecture, engineering, and governance for cloud security across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will secure IaaS/PaaS, SaaS, containers, and cloud-native apps while enabling transformation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, information systems or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with 8+ years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise cloud security strategy aligned to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Establish cloud security reference architectures, guardrails, and design patterns.
• Lead cloud security governance across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS providers.
• Own cloud security policy framework and control standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Present cloud risk posture and roadmap to executive leadership.
• Lead cloud security architecture for landing zones, IAM (including zero trust), network security, encryption, container security, API security, and cloud-native protection.
• Drive DevSecOps integration and automation-first IaC and policy-as-code.
