Parexel is seeking an experienced Project Leader/Senior Project Leader to lead global clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory submissions.

This role offers pathways from PM to senior leadership within a dynamic partnerships group. Ideal candidates hold a clinical/health degree with an advanced degree preferred and have 2+ years of global trial PM experience in

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in clinical or health field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 2 years leading global clinical trials in PM within CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience with project scheduling, resource and budget management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality; exceed client expectations.
