Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of trial coordination in clinical research environments.
• Strong understanding of drug development and global studies.
• Solid knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned trials from start to end.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet timelines.
• Support trial feasibility and study execution with Clinical Operations Lead.
• Draft site materials, training manuals, and support documentation.
• Monitor data quality and prepare data for review meetings.
