Job summary

Moderna seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to provide oversight for assigned trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The role emphasizes strong vendor management and collaboration with Clinical Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will work across multiple trials, drafting materials, monitoring data, and maintaining trial metrics in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of trial coordination experience in a clinical research environment.
• Solid understanding of drug development processes and timelines.
• Strong vendor/CRO management experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FDA and ICH GCP guidelines; able to ensure compliant trial conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned trials across phases to meet deliverables.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables to internal teams.
• Manage trial feasibility and coordinate with Clinical Operations Lead.
• Draft training materials, manuals, and support documentation for sites.
• Monitor clinical data for timely entry and data review readiness.
• Review monitoring reports to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure samples are prepared and sent to vendors to meet milestones.
• Maintain trial metrics and regulatory compliance across regions.
