Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to oversee one or more Phase I–IV trials, potentially local, regional or global. You will be accountable for coordinating start-up through close-out activities and directing technical, financial and operational aspects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a life sciences degree and at least five years in clinical pharma, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of five years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in clinical project management and coordinating multi-site trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead core project teams and facilitate extended project leadership.
• Coordinate cross-unit activities with internal and external partners.
• Define and manage project resource needs with functional heads.
• Ensure design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans.
• Promote effective teamwork and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with CSM management.
