Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Director, Clinical Supplies & Logistics to lead the end-to-end clinical supply chain for global programs. You will oversee IMP packaging, labeling, distribution, and compliance, interfacing with CMC, Clinical Ops, QA, and external partners to build a scalable network.

In this remote role, you will manage global supply planning, IRT/IVRS integration, and regulatory filings, while ensuring site readiness and adherence to GDP/GMP standards across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical supply chain experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Leadership role with global clinical supply operations responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GDP, GCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for active programs.
• Oversee global IMP distribution with 3PLs and cold-chain carriers.
• Ensure timing, labeling, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Ops, QA, and Regulatory.
