Job summary

Discover International is seeking a Manager of Clinical Supply Chain to own investigational product supply for clinical trials end to end. You will connect demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, depots, IRT, QA, and vendor networks to ensure timely delivery while minimizing waste and stock-outs.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity as you shape global supply strategy across a portfolio of trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with biologics and cold chain products is preferred.
• Proven forecasting for international trials.
• Strong GMP/GCP knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with IRT/RTSM systems (IVR/IWR) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate protocols, enrollment forecasts, and visit schedules into country- and site-specific supply plans, including overage and resupply strategies.
• Build supply risk assessments and mitigation strategies across product expiry and dosing needs.
• Maintain demand forecasts aligned with IRT assumptions and enrollment scenarios.
• Monitor inventory across CMOs, depots, and sites; manage expiry and resupply.
