Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of uninterrupted clinical supply for IPs and comparators. You will partner with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external vendors to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, accurate forecasts, inventory control, and on-time distribution.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 3–5 years of biotech/pharma supply chain experience; US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 3–5 years biotech/pharma clinical supply chain experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
• Working knowledge of GMP/GDP processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical supply strategies for early- to mid-phase trials.
• Manage demand forecasts and inventory strategies, tracked via IRT systems.
• Support packaging, labeling, distribution, and resupply for IP and comparators.
• Coordinate with Quality/CMC/CDMOs on label development and schedules.
• Oversee logistics from manufacturing to depots and sites; document transfers for IP/QP release.
• Monitor shelf-life, expiry, retest, and temperature excursions; investigate complaints.
• Represent Supply Chain in sub-team meetings; author Pharmacy Manuals as needed.
