Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to oversee Phase I–IV trials across local, regional, or global scopes.

You will coordinate with functional area leads, manage budgets, timelines and resources, and ensure delivery meets quality, time, and cost targets. The role reports to the Site Director and emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or allied health field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead core project team members and facilitate their ability to lead extended project teams.
• Lead cross-unit coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-contractors.
• Define and manage project resource needs with functional heads and contingency plans for key resources.
• Ensure design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans for assigned projects.
• Promote effective teamwork among project team members and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Ensure appropriate communication on project-related matters with the CSM management.
