Job summary

AbbVie seeks a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager to lead global studies from inception to closure, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee vendors, recruitment strategies, and study systems (CTMS, eTMF) to maintain quality and inspection readiness, while driving risk identification, mitigation, and support for global submissions. Training stakeholders is also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years pharma/clinical research experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with EDC, IRT, CTMS, and eTMF and applying ICH-GCP regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more global clinical trials from inception to closure
• Oversee vendors, recruitment strategies, and study systems to ensure quality and inspection readiness
