Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management, or laboratory environment preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of PM processes and central laboratory operations is required.
• Experience leading large, global Phase I–IV clinical trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and delivery of complex clinical research studies, including companion diagnostic and multi-region studies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk/issue/action logs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Study Setup teams to support database configuration and protocol-specific documentation.
• Build and manage customer relationships, lead meetings, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor study activities, eTMF filing, reporting, scope changes, and closeout requirements.
• Prepare and present protocol-specific materials at key meetings.
• Provide study training to sites, CRAs, and customers.
• Lead customer program processes and continuous process improvements.
