AbbVie is seeking a seasoned leader to drive country and site activation for clinical studies, coordinating with regulatory, legal, and medical teams to ensure timely startup milestones. The role emphasizes proactive planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration across global functions.

The candidate will manage resources, oversee training, and help standardize startup processes, contributing to AbbVie's strategic objectives and execution across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in health-related fields (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Experience: 2+ years as a people manager or project manager.
• Experience with Clinical Trials lifecycle and SSU activities.
• Familiar with HGRAC management and site activation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support country/site feasibility, selection, activation, interfacing with functional areas.
• Develop and support proactive Country Approval and Site Activation Plans.
• Coordinate IRB/EC submissions and site contracting processes.
• Benchmark AbbVie and industry data to support startup plans.
• Track study startup timelines and escalate risks to leadership.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices for country/site activation.
• Lead resource management and staff development for the CSSU team.
