Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Cardiometabolic Research (CMR) Program Clinical Research Scientist to oversee early-phase trials, design protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic compounds for women's health. The CRS will coordinate with local and global teams to ensure rigorous trial conduct and safety reporting.

The role requires a PhD with 5+ years in clinical development, fluent English, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years clinical development experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to clinical strategy and plan for development of clinical compounds including Phase I studies.
• Design and oversee Phase I/IIb clinical trials and associated protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PK/PD, statistics, modeling) to integrate study development with disease progression.
• Oversee regulatory and safety activities, data dissemination, and publication preparation.
